When Running "Change Activity Report" Getting Empty Excel File With No Data (Doc ID 2793638.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While generating a 'Change Activity Report' for a selected workflow/status getting empty file with no data

STEPS

  1. Log into Agile Web Client as admin user 
  2. Go to Reports > Standard Reports > Process Reports
  3. Execute Change Activity Report
  4. Select output format as "Excel"
  5. Select date range for 1 year like Jan-1-2020 to Dec-31-2020
  6. Select Workflow type as "MCO"
  7. Select status as "Cancelled', Released, Implemented, CCB
  8. Click Finish
