On : 12.2.14 version, Oracle Policy Automation

How can the OIA hub settings be improved to keep deployments in the policy cache at all times, so they do not face increased response times?

Scenario: varying response times have been recorded for calls to the GetAnswer API. Response times vary between 1 second and more than 5 seconds for the same deployment.

Observed that first calls are rather slow, but then response times drop to 1 second. After a while however, deployments seem to fall out of the cache and therefore the next call is again much slower than 1 second.
