Symptoms

After performing a new installation or an upgrade of AutoVue Desktop Deployment, when trying to start AutoVue, the following error occurs:

AutoVue startup error: Can't get JVM library
Exiting...


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install or upgrade AutoVue Desktop Deployment.
  2. Try to start AutoVue Desktop Deployment.
  3. Notice the error.
