Symptoms

After deploying the MetaSolv Solution application, accessing the MetaSolv Solution AppServer Runtime Information page throws a "Error 500--Internal Server Error". There are also numerous errors during WebLogic Server startup even though the health state of the nur.ear application indicates "OK" in the WebLogic Server Administration console.

* "ORA-06576" and "GenericStartup.init() failed" error in the ${SERVER_NAME}.mss.log during WebLogic Server startup.
