Multi-Line Text Field Pagination Issue (Doc ID 2793975.1)

A multi-line text field is set up using the Move_it rule with 'B' in the Mask option, the data is all mapped; however, they all printed on page two of the print output, instead of printing on page one and overflow the rest of the
data to page two.  Is this by designed?
