Symptoms

Upgraded documaker EE from 12.0 to 12.6. I have followed instructions for performing an upgrade of Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition (ODEE) found in the Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition Administration Guide in the section named “Upgrading Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition”. I can start the ODDF and ODDP services fine after the upgrade. However when i go to documaker dashboard, i get error following errors. I have also attached screenshot of error and log files from weblogic domain as well as documaker docfactory logs. Documaker is down in TEST environment after the upgrade. Can you please help us to bring the documaker up in TEST environment?
