CN_BrmGateway Not Working Properly In 12PS3IP3 (Doc ID 2794214.1)

Usecase in production, where brmGateway is up and running, but it seems not working at all.

On a Prepaid Account , performed a TopUp of -12 PPB (Prepaid Balance Element). The Balance Element successfully affected Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) but not Billing and revenue management (BRM). ECE has successfully written the appropriate message to Kafka, but brmGateway seems that has not picked it up in order to update BRM Balance Elements.

Almost more than 1K Prepaid Accounts have erroneous Balance Element in BRM with positive Balance Element, while there is a Credit Limit to 0.

Note:There is no Error or some other indication that brmGateway actually works or not.
