Symptoms

OFSLL All instances -Page Unresponsive Accounts-->Statements-->Transactions Status= 504

Multiple users complaining that they are getting 504 Page Unresponsive Errors - while accessing the transactions tab under Accounts-->Statements.

ERROR

Connection to the server timeout (status 504)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Customer service
2. Open an active application
3. Click on Statements tab , then click on transactions sub tab
4, Verify system shows the details

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank unable to verify the transaction details
