Symptoms

 On clicking on download button on the file management UI, html file getting downloaded with server problem.

_downloadLogFile.html Failed - Server problem

Reproducing steps:

Navigate to File management System UI -> Upload a file in any (shared dir) folder and go to that folder in UI and click on the download button against the file.
