Symptoms

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Process flow transfer service request process,Error encountered on Transfer-Panel-2, unable to proceed to the next panel.

It appears that there could some issue with the post-processing script on Transfer-Panel-2. It is checking for Deposit Details even though ‘Deposit
Required’ was set to Never on the CS Request Type -Transfer Service

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It has to proceed to next panel

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

-Take the Transfer Request On a residential account > search for the ‘Move-to Premise Address’ on
Panel-1, click on Next and go to Panel-2 (Services to Start)
-Select a START DATE, it will populate the service details for the Move-To premise.
-Select the services to start and click on Next, system throws the error.
