Unexpected ORA-01403 During SAIMPTLOGI Job Run
(Doc ID 2795503.1)
Last updated on MAY 03, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Sales Audit - Version 16.0.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Whenever the respective Store/Day is not ready to load an RTLOG, you see an additional error with ORA-01403 during the Sales Audit Import (SAIMPTLOGI) job run.
You notice that the following errors:
saimptlogi_1~20201030011556~procRTLFHead~~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~STOREDAYNOTREADYTOBELOAD on FHEAD record at line 0000000001 in /oretail/apprms/retail_home/data/in/RTLOG_198_20201029001602.DAT
saimptlogi_1~20201030011556~fmtSATItem~store~1403~ORA-01403: no data found~CURSOR FETCH: cursor = c_store_vat_ind
The second one seems incorrect since the cursor returns data for this store, and after changing data_status to P, the RTLOG is processed correctly.
This always happens when the Store/Day is not ready to load (STOREDAYNOTREADYTOBELOAD, POSUNEXPECTEDSTOREDAY; POSDATATOOOLD, etc.)
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Load an RTLOG for a store_day that's already fully loaded in RESA.
2. Verify that, besides the expected "STOREDAYNOTREADYTOBELOADED" error, you also get an "ORA-01403" error that is unexpected.
