ISSUE STATEMENT

In the location trigger when diacritics character used dimension values are not returned.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to experience manager.
2. Try to create rule and click on add the location trigger.
3. Search for dimensions with diacritics characters like Emballagebånd no search found.
