ISSUE

"Service Point not found" Error Generating When Adding an Install Read

In MDM, the business user has tried adding a read for that exact date/time i.e for install date time and received a "Service Point Not Found" error.


ERROR
-----------------------
'Meter Read Add/Read Update Failed - Service Point not found '.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Point
2. Create Device, Device configuration and Measuring component.
3. Install the device on Service Point.
4. Add reads on device.
5. Remove the meter at time 2020-09-24 12.40.06 AM PDT
6. Install the same device configuration at 2020-09-24 12.41.11 AM PDT.
7. Add the meter read for same install date time 2020-09-24 12.41.11 AM PDT

WORK AROUND
-------------------
Manually add the read from 360 view measuring component and force complete the the read
