Goal

Reproduction steps:
------------------------
Connect to the Java Management Extensions (JMX) enabled node via Virtual Network Computing (VNC):

1) $cd /scratch/ri-user-1/opt/jdk1.8.0_241/bin
2) executed $./jconsole
3) When the new connection page pops up, selected PID under local process and clicked on connect.
4) Choose MBeans tab.
5) Expand Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Configuration->charging.reservationConfig->Attribute -> try to set the "ValidityTime and reservationDuration "
6) "argument type mismatch" error pops up as soon as one updates values.
