User Sign Off Duration Report Does Not Contains The Details Of The Change Which Are In Released State (Doc ID 2796281.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

User Sign off Duration Report is not sharing the signed of duration details of the changes which are in released state. 

Expected Behavior

The report should show all entries specified the search criteria

For example a user generated a Sign off report that should show 420 records in Test report search but it returns only 20 records. All changes are shown in the report but missing changes which are in approved or complete status
In another example the user generated a Sign off report that should show 401 records in Test1 report search but returns 0 records  in the report. It is missing all change orders in all statuses( It should show only approved and complete)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In Web Client do a search
  2. In the search Criteria select : "Changes" --> "Change Orders" --> "Object Search"
  3. In Attribute : "Create Date" --> "Between" -->Dec/01/2019 to May/10/2021 ---> "Signoff User"--> "Contains"--> select user "user,user"
  4. Select Save--> Save As
  5. In the Save Search As window, select "Personal Searches" then in the Search Name enter : "Test" then click save, notice 462 items
  6. Add the following to the search Criteria : "Status" -->"In" --> Select these statuses "Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM) Approved" and "Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM) Complete"
  7. In the Save Search As window , select "Personal Searches" then in the Search Name enter : "Test1" then click save
  8. On the left of web Client under searches click---> Personal Searches--> Test, Test search will show 462 records
  9. On the left of web Client under searches click---> Personal Searches--> Test1, Test1 search will show 401 records

       

        Now Generate the reports for personal searches Test1 and Test:

  1. Generate the for personal search Test1
  2. Go to Reports --> Standard Reports--> Process Reports--> "User Sign off Duration Report"
  3. Click execute --> Output Format : Excel --> Next--> Select "Custom Search"
  4. click on the folder icon at the top right from the "Advanced Search" Window
  5. On the "Saved Searches" pop up window select "Personal Searches " --> double click on " Test1"
  6. Select all the 401 rows and Click "Copy"--> close the "Advanced Search"
  7. On the window behind select "More" --> "Paste"--> then click "Next"--> "Next"
  8. in the "Change Status" field remove the existing"$CURRENT STATUS" and select/add :
    Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM).Approved
    Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM).Draft Review
    Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM).Functional Approval
    Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM).Pre-Release
    Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM).QA Approval
    Commercial Primary BOM and Document Review(GPLM).Reconciliation
  9. Under user uncheck all users and add the user "user, user."
  10. Set the user role to : Approver , Aknowledger or Observer
  11. User Signoff Action: "Signed Off Only"
  12. Click Finish, the report will be created! save it as : User_Signoff_Duration_Report1.xls
  13. The resulting report should show the list of change order that are not in "Complete" or "Approved" statuses in Workflow , but the report comes out empty no record is shown in the report. The sign off report should show 401 records in User_Signoff_Duration_Report1.xls. report search but returning 0 in the report, it is missing all change orders in all statuses

  

      Now Generate the reports for personal searches Test1 and Test:

  1. Generate the report for Personal Searches--> Test
  2. The sign off report should show 420 records in Test report search but it is returning only 20, all changes are shown in the report but missing changes which are in approved or complete status
