Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, User Interface
When attempting to access New Material Plan,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Oracle VCP with ASCP Super User/Planner Responsibility
2. Click on Supply Chain Plan > Supply Planning Work Area
3. New window SPWA opens
4. Click on a Plan. Click on Plan Links below.
5. Click on Material Plan
6. Select organization, select all categories in Category Set
7. Then Action>Recalculate
8. See the error.
