Symptoms
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) Data Access Pack (DAP) provides the capability to send requests to external Application Service Providers (ASP) and optionally receive responses for further processing.
The DAP macro-node collects statistics using the standard Service Management System (SMS) statistic mechanism and stores them to the database. There is a know issue where DAP statistics are wrongly counted.
