Symptoms
In a customer scenario, there is a custom flow where system is detecting DEADLOCK. To by-pass this lock, a new transaction is opened and PCM_OP_DELETE_FLDS was run by passing the PCM_OPFLG_LOCK_NONE flag on a custom object. As a result, it was observed that dm_oracle crashed.
