Account In Current Context Zone (Doc ID 2797327.1)

On RMB v2., Issue with Account in Current Context zone.

When we are navigating on Customer 360 view of a group with multiple accounts, the Current Context zone on the dashboard does not reflect the selected account, even if you drill down on the account link or use the broadcast button on the Customer 360. While the Customer 360 Account zones are updated when we broadcast, the Current Context zone on the dashboard is not updated. We think it makes sense to expect the Current Context zone on dashboard to also reflect what is broadcast on Customer 360 Account zones.

Two more points of information:
• This issue happens only on a Person with multiple Accounts. Person with single Account works well while on Customer 360- Person Tab, and even without navigating to the to the Account Tab.
• The navigation link on 360 Search – Search by Account also results in the same issue even if the Account is already specified.
