Documaker Dashboard Does Not Display Properly Due To Java.lang.NullPointerException Error (Doc ID 2797561.1)

We occasionally experience a problem where we are unable to view information on the Documaker Dashboard due to an error window opening with the message java.lang.NullPointerException. Signing off and signing back on does not correct the problem. Once a user starts receiving the error message, they continue to receive it until the WebLogic services are reset or waiting a day or two.
