Slee_acs Is Crashing When Executing DOZE FN (Doc ID 2797805.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OC-NCC/NCC) 12.0.3.0.0 version, slee_acs process is crashing with core dump when executing DOZE feature node.

See details of the scenario as following:

- InitialDP message is received at "2021/06/10 09:19:18" having callingPartyNumber=(4)<MSISDN_A> and calledPartyBCDNumber(CAP)=(1)C0232<MSISDN_B>

- service is set to CCS

- call plan executed is <CALLPLAN_NAME>

- latest node executed is DOZE

It can be seen slee_acs log is suddenly stopping while in following state of DOZE node:
