Restriction on setting of the case 'Event Decision' and editing 'Comments' (Doc ID 2797943.1)

Symptoms

When case is in closed Status, needs to impose a restriction on setting of the case ‘Event decision’ and editing ‘comments’ in the ECM.


Steps to reproduce:

Open a CS case >go to Customer Screening Tab > select event > check decision and Comments fields.
