Write-off process got created on a balance without a due date.

An Account with Water only SA was selected, an adjustment was added to that SA of Install Water small charges. To the same account a One-time billable charge SA was created and stopped on same date. When the bill was generated to that account, 2 frozen bill segments got generated one for adjustment and one for One -time Billable charge. This bill wasn't completed. It was left in pending stare, therefore there was no due date.

Write-off process not created on a balance without a due date.

1. Find or create an account with a Water Only service, where the meter is set, but has not been billed and a 1-time billable SA has NOT been created.
2. Add adj equal sysdate to the Water SA.
3. Add the 1time billable charge to the SA
4. Go To Add a Bill, to bill the account as sysdate
All the bill segments were frozen, but Bill was left in pending state, without Completing the Bill.
5. Then when the WPM batch job was run, the Account got picked up and Write off process got created.
