On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment
first bill start date issue
Summary of the issue: for example
Create an order to the customer with date 1-3-2021
Meter installed on 21/4/2021
Note: User using MDM and usage request
When generating the first bill to the customer, it takes the Date from 1-3-2021 not 21/4/2021, although on Calculation audit Read details SQ , it takes the date 21/04/2021
User need the start date of the bill to be the same as Calculation audit Details SQ
(User need the period and usage period start date to be the date of installation not date of contract)
