Goal
On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment
CCnB 2.8 upgrade and startup issue. Problem with upgrade CCC&B 2.6.0.1 -> 2.8. - patch 327428
We have a problem with starting CC&B application after upgrade from version 2.6.0.1.0 to 2.8.0.0.0. Upgrade procedure was conducted with documentation - during installation we had 1 single problem during database part in CCB-V2.8.0.0.0-Oracle-Database-Multiplatform:
ORA-01430: column being added already exists in table in ALTER TABLE C1_WEB_USER ADD CLIENT_WEB_USER_ID VARCHAR(254)
We walked around this by deleting the indicated column and the installation continued. Application part of an upgrade was without any problems.
After the whole upgrade procedure application is not starting with an error:
Caused By: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.splwg.ccb.api.lookup.C1WebUserAccountRoleLookup
Also select * from ci_lookup_field where obj_property_name returns: 'c1WebUserAccountRole' returns data
