Symptoms

When attempting to log into P6 Professional version 20.12, the following exception occurs for all users:

Application Error

Exception EAccessViolation in module PM.exe at 0000000008491BA
Access violation at address 00000000C491BA in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 000000000000

Changes

 The Oracle database server was upgraded from Oracle 12c to Oracle 19c.
