In Tab Page Portal, Application Service Is Not Working

On RMB v126.96.36.199.0, In tab page portal, Application service is not working as expected.
We have a tab page portals and tab is visible even though application service associated with that tab portal is not assigned to logged in user in 2.8 ORMB.
Since application service is not assigned, tab should not be visible to the user.
Note- this is working in ORMB 2.5.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Portal screen
2. Ensure Navigation key and application service associated with this tab page portal
3. CM_BANK_DESC Application service is assigned only to USER GROUP ‘SYSTEM ADMIN’.
4. Log in as a PREP_ADM. Note ‘SYSTEM ADMIN’ user group is not assigned to this logged in User.
5. User is still able to see highlighted ‘Banking’ tab.
