Goal

On many occasions it is necessary to upload the accounts back to Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) for synchronization due to data inconsistencies, errors, etc. But because the Rated Event Loader (REL) works in a batch way, there will be differences in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) balances vs the ECE balances.
For example, when synchronizing the account if there were pending usages to upload to BRM through the REL, the balances in BRM will be lower than those of ECE.
A process of synchronization of accounts to ECE is required that takes into account these details and not sometimes the problems mentioned above.
