Performance Issues With D1-ADS (Doc ID 2798965.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Database

The D1-ADS batch job, when submittedeither manually or via batch, never completes. The purpose of this batch isto transition our Activity transactions from PENDING to SCAN.For online submissions, we get a "11001,409 Transaction Timed Out" error.

When submitting via batch submissions, the job runs indefinitely and nevercompletes
