How to Force Pin_cycle_fees to Run for Selected Accounts only (Doc ID 2799027.1)

Scenario:

In a customer implementation with both prepaid and postpaid accounts, there is a requirement to be able to execute pin_cycle_fees for prepaid set of accounts as a priority before postpaid accounts.

In contrast to other billing applications like pin_bill_accts, pin_cycle_fees does not offer possibility to run for selected group (by billing day of month [bdom] or billing segment or other attribute) of accounts.

How can one achieve the above requirement?
