Not Possible To Copy WPs And Documents With WBS (Doc ID 2799099.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When copying WBS elements from one Project to a different Project and WPs & Docs are selected to be copied with Activities, WPs & Docs are not copied with Activities.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
WPs & Docs will be copied with Activities when that option is selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6
2. Go to Enterprise > Projects
3. Create a New Project
4. Open New Project
5. Add an Activity
6. Go to Project > WPs & Docs
7. Add new WPs & Docs
8. Assign new WPs & Docs to WBS of New Project
9. Assign new WPs & Docs to activity of New Project
10.Close Project
11. Open New Project and an existing Project
12. Go to Projects > WBS
13. Copy the WBS Node from the New Project and Paste to the WBS of the Existing Project
  a. In the "Copy WBS Options" box make sure WPs & Docs are selected
  b. In the "Copy Activity Options" box make sure WPs & Docs are selected
  c. In the "Renumber Activities Screen"
14. Notice in the WBS screen that the WPs & Docs did not copy over
15. Go to Activities Screen and notice that the copied activity did not copy WPs & Docs with that activity.

Due to this issue, users must manually assign WPs & Docs to copied elements of the WBS.
