Primavera Gateway Admin Receives the Error "Insufficient permissions" When Viewing Job Details (Doc ID 2799195.1)

Symptoms

When a Gateway Admin user attempts to view the Gateway job logs, the following error occurs.

Insufficient Privileges


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Gateway as an Admin user
2. Go to Monitoring
3. Click on any job
4. Click on any of the requests or response to view the job data
