Symptoms

"An unexpected error occurred." when trying to change deployment channels after upgrade to OPA 21A

 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OPA Hub
2. Go to Deployment
3. Deployment comes up with only "Interview checked"
4. Try to add "Web Services - Interview" to one deployment by checking this option
5. Try to Save and Above error happens

Note: It was working when OPA was not going through Oracle Traffic Director (OTD)

Changes

 Customer Upgrade from 19C version to 21A (12.2.22.56)
