Requirement for having wider Fields and Columns (Doc ID 2799333.1)

Goal

On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index (OHPI)  the column width and field size are not conducive to operations.
The fields (and potentially columns) need to be wider, possibly customizable.

Few examples of the current limitations encountered by users:

  1. In display mode, the Person Name is not wide enough to show enough information without engaging the ellipsis to see the hidden text.

  2. In edit mode one can only see the last name of Aliases and need to cursor-arrow through the text to see other names.
