Failed Menu Search Popup Cannot Be Exited (Doc ID 2799363.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Entering a search criteria in the menu that does not exist pops up a "no such menu available" warning box that cannot be cleared or exited.

The only way to clear the error is to close the browser window. The pop-up does not block functionality within OFSLL, but remains in the foreground no matter what page you navigate to.

Browser details: Google Chrome 32bit Version 91.0.4472.106 (Official Build) (32-bit)

Search criteria should work properly and shouldn't any display any warning message.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select any active account.
2. Click on customer service and click on Quick Search.
3. Enter the required details and click on search.
