Symptoms

Maximum open cursors exceeded for Standard Allocation calculation

Steps to replicate:
1. Create Allocation with 7000+ item/loc combinations.
2. Submit allocation for calculation

Calculation fails with error:
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
