ECM search cases were not loading (Doc ID 2799598.1)

ECM search cases were not loading and everything is empty after click on search cases.

Steps to reproduce:
Log in into ECM > click on search cases > cases are not displying.

Error in console log:
Converter Error, Message: "Please provide valid ISO 8601 string".
