The user is not authenticated [665510] Object add failed error while adding a model in MMG (Doc ID 2799752.1)

Symptoms

 

On : 8.0.8.0.0 version, Model creation MMG

When attempting to add a model in MMG the following error occurs.

ERROR

The user is not authenticated [665510] Object add failed.

Below error can also be seen in OFSAAErr.log

[15-07-21 09:07:44,727 GMT AM] [ERROR] [WEB] [NA] [EMMF] [CommonUtil]~[webServiceCall]~Exception occurred due to

java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed : HTTP error code : 401

 

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to MMG application from Home page.

2. Create new model by providing required definition details.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot create and execute model.
