Pages display XML or text after installing the artifacts below as part of the WLS 12.2.1.4.0 installation:

1) Installed the WLS 12.2.1.4.0 (V983368-01.zip - fmw_12.2.1.4.0_infrastructure.jar)
2) Applied the OPATCH 13.9.4.2.5 version (p28186730_139425_Generic.zip)
3) Applied the WLS 122140 JULY 2021 PSU Patch ( p33059296_122140_Generic.zip)
4) Applied the WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 122140 (p33125241_122140_Generic.zip)
