Not Able To Open BATCH DATA LOADED CRF In RDC (Doc ID 2800493.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

A CRF can't be opened. Users receive the error "Custom Review Type deactivated. Please retry operation. null." trying to open them. Same CRF for another patient can be opened without any issue.
