TCDBService Crashes At Startup With ORA-00603 and ORA-00600 Errors (Doc ID 2800809.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, NMS Infrastructure

TCDBService crashes when starting services

After upgrading from 2.4.0.1 to 2.5.0.1.2, TCDBService crashes when launching services (via sms-start).
 

This error appears in the TCDBService log:
