IVRAdapter Fails to Start With "ERROR: Column name RELATED_CALL_IDX not found in JMS or not user defined" (Doc ID 2800841.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version, Adapters

ivr adapter does not stay running after upgrade to 2.5.0.1

IVRAdapter log has this error in it:

08/11/21 11:02:38: dbrdwr:12557 Connection info: service=enmsdev1.world hostname=xednmsdbd1 instance=enmsdev1
08/11/21 11:02:38: IVRAdapter 0x7f5c01e4a700,ctp=0x11195c8,"IVRInterface::TroubleCallHandler" **ERROR** ERROR: Column name RELATED_CALL_IDX not found in JMS or not user defined.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade NMS to 2.5.0.1.0 or 2.5.0.1.1
2. Launch services
3. Check the IVRAdapter log


Changes

 NMS was upgraded from 2.4.0.1.7 to 2.5.0.1.0
