WCE Search Previous calls seems broken

If you have custom fields configured in Web Call Entry, the Search Previous Calls option does not populate those values after searching.
All fields from CES_CUSTOMERS should be getting populated in WCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create CES_CUSTOMER.FIRST_NAME and LAST_NAME

3. Rebuild ear, redeploy
4. For first name and last name, put "aa".
5. Press the "Search for a Previous Call" button.
6. Pick any call with a value in "Name".
7. All fields in the "Searchable Information" panel get EXCEPT for Call ID (which is fine) and First and Last Name (which is not acceptable).

8. If you remove FIRST_NAME and LAST_NAME from the datastore definition and repeat the process, those fields DO get populated.

This is NOT a workaround because you need to have those fields as PrimaryKeys
in order to do regular "Search for a Customer" on those fields.
