ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EPPM dashboards- Project Statistics can't display any information in Traditional Chinese environment
The Personal Workspace- Project Statistics in EPPM dashboards
1.When logging in English the Project Statistics can display project information.
2.When logging in Traditional Chinese the Project Statistics can't display information.
3.This issue happened in every browser ex.google chrome、I.E、Firefox

The project statistics should be displayed when using Traditional Chinese
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 web access and set the language as traditional Chinese
2. Check the project statistics
