Problem description
ESIC batch initialization fails with below error

Try to initialize batch using ESIC

Eg: $ esic -JI -U<USER> -P<PASSWORD> -R<UNIQUE_RUN_ID> -I<INFODOM> -B<BATCHNAME> -D<MIS_DATE> -F<tmp_Folder>
