Device Operation Event for Switching Sheet Takes the Wrong ERT
We created a planned switching sheet and released it. When we apply steps, an event for device operation is created.
On that event, SYSDATE is taken as the begin date/time. But the estimated restore time is not calculated considering device operation event's begin date; the ERT is taken from switching sheet's end date.
Sometimes operators delay some device operations. In this scenario, the estimated restore time falls behind the begin date
The system should calculate the device operation's ERT with considering its own begin date and not the ERT of the overall switching plan
