Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to disable secondary owner

The user received error message tnmacc_en_100_01.lock_table when trying to post disable the secondary owner transaction from the account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should post the disable secondary owner transaction from the account without any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create or open a account having primary and secondary owner.
2. Post the disable secondary owner transaction in the account.
3. System should post the transaction successfully with out any error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post disable the secondary owner transaction from the account.
