Unable to Delete Lab Data and Data is Duplicated on Each Case Save (Doc ID 2801536.1)

Goal

Unable to delete lab data for case under the following scenarios:
1. The row is a duplicate of another row.
2. Able to delete all test results/dates but can never delete the actual lab test.
3. After deleting all lab dates and clicking [Save], the original test date reappears in the case.
4. With no changes made to the case and click [Save], another duplicate lab test appears for this same lab test.
5. At this point, with every click on [Save], another duplicate lab test appears for this same lab test.
