Goal

On all versions of Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0 and above, Provisioning Interface User's and Technical Guide states that the default value of pi.CCSCD9.QRY.suppressEmptyFields is *false*.
During the tests, it was observed that *true* applies as the default value.
