ESIC BATCH STATUS SHOWING COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY BUT NO TASKS WERE STATED (Doc ID 2802151.1)

Symptoms

When OFSAA Batch was triggered by ESIC through external shell script which is called by Autosys. In Batch monitor, OFSAA Batch status showing completed successfully but none of the tasks were started.

We observe this problem occurred sporadically usually when multiple batches were triggered concurrently.

We can see the below error in the iccserver.log file.
